1. Preheat griddle to med/low heat (250-275 degrees Fahrenheit) 2. Whisk 1 rounded cup of mix with 1 cup of cold water. Add water or mix to get desired thickness. Batter will thicken as it sits. 3. Pour batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle. 4. Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles break on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 pancakes.
